Possessing type, temperament and trainability...Sailor has a gorgeous head and kind expression with beautiful structure,
strong bone, nice angles, correct coat with a thick otter tail, and sound fluid movement with beautiful reach and drive.
He is a well balanced dog with an exceptional temperament and a dedicated, joyful work ethic.

We are thrilled with our Sailor ~ he is a wonderful ambassador to the Labrador breed.
It is always a great day when Sailor is around - his enthusiasm is infectious, fun and he is full of personality.
Sailor's show career started out with a bang, at his first show at 6 months of age,
he won his large 6-9 Regular class at the PSLRA Specialty under Carol Reynolds, Carromer and he also won
his large 6-9 Sweeps class under Lisa Zitting, Snowberry! Sailor's second show at 9 months old was
IPLRC Specialty, where he won his 9-12 class under Heather Wiles-Fone, Heatherbourne.
Sailor has matured very nicely, and has consistently won his classes in 6-9, 9-12, 12-18, Open
and his first RWD from the 12-18 class was to a Best in Show!

Sailor has proven himself a very talented hunter and retriever in the field, earning his
Junior Hunter Title in consecutive, back-to-back AKC Hunt Tests with
*Five* Junior Hunter Test Qualifications! He has a very strong bird drive and desire and
the talent to continue on to Senior Hunter, he loves his birds and retrieving.
Sailor easily earned his Working Certificate Title and is equally at ease in the show ring,
working in the field, in obedience, attending work with us,
or on the couch enjoying a nap!

Sailor earned a very nice compliment on his performance from one of his AKC Hunt Test Judges, Jim Morris...
